All site content—including sermons, videos, images, text, and logos—is owned by The Fountain Church or used with permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. You may not redistribute, modify, or host our materials elsewhere without written consent.

You’re responsible for content you submit (testimonies, comments, forms). Don’t post unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may moderate or remove submissions at our discretion.

3) Donations & refunds

Gifts are charitable contributions to The Fountain Church (a church organization). Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Planning Center/Church Center with Stripe/Pushpay). We do not store full card numbers. If you gave in error or need a correction, contact [email protected] or (770) 339-0017 within 30 days and we’ll assist.

4) Events & registrations

Event participation may require additional waivers or parental consent for minors. Please review event-specific terms during registration.

5) No professional advice

Consent: phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
